Internet Appointment Setting Specialist
Zumbrota Ford is growing and we need help on our Internet Appointment Setting Team! If you are interested in being a part of our Internet Appointment Setting Team or would like to learn the craft of the automotive industry, look no further! At Zumbrota Ford we strongly believe that work shouldn't feel like work it should be FUN! So that's just what we do! We offer in-house training so you can learn what it means to be part of the Dealer For The People team and help our customers find the Nicer, Newer car they want and deserve! If you like talking on the phone, sending text, and emails this would be a great fit for you! We set appointments for our customers to come in and meet with one of our Solution Providers to find the car of their dreams!

Excellent customer service skills!!! Professional in both appearance and demeanor.
An ability to achieve and exceed targets.
Able to work as part of a busy team.
Ability to build a rapport with a wide range of people.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on multiple assignments.
Previous related retail experience preferred Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Unlimited resilience, drive, energy and talent.
Self-motivation Ethical business practices and professional character.
